EBM Klinika Stomatologiczna is a premium dental clinic located in the Piatkowo district of Poznan, Poland. Founded in 2005 by Dr. Edyta Borkowska-Malicka, the clinic has grown into a comprehensive multi-specialist practice with a team of over 15 professionals — including dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, implantologists, a periodontist, a physiotherapist, a speech therapist, dental hygienists, and a dedicated administrative team. With over 20 years of experience, 5,000+ treated patients, and 7,000+ crowns completed, EBM needed a digital presence that would match the quality and professionalism of their clinical practice. We designed and developed a complete Next.js landing page — from UX/UI concept through frontend development, CMS integration, and deployment — that positions EBM as the leading dental destination in Poznan.

Despite being one of Poznan's most experienced and comprehensive dental practices, EBM's online presence did not reflect the clinic's true quality. They faced several key challenges:>> - Outdated digital image — the clinic's previous website did not convey the premium, modern character of their practice or inspire trust in prospective patients.> - Complex service portfolio — with 11+ dental specializations (from aesthetic dentistry and implantology to orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, physiotherapy, and speech therapy), the information architecture needed careful planning to remain intuitive.> - Large team to showcase — the clinic employs 15+ specialists, each with unique qualifications and personalities. The site needed to present this team in a way that builds patient confidence and personal connection.> - Patient conversion — the website needed to effectively convert visitors into booked consultations, with a clear and trustworthy appointment flow.> - Content autonomy — the clinic team needed the ability to manage and update content (team profiles, services, patient testimonials, certificates) independently without developer assistance.> - Trust & social proof — in healthcare, trust is paramount. The site needed to prominently feature patient testimonials, clinic statistics, and professional certifications.
