Our website serves as an informational platform about our services and a means to contact us. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any services will be outlined in separate service agreements, statements of work (SOW), or contracts between Pluscode and the client. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or commitment to provide services at any particular price or timeline.

3. User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to: use the website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms; not use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations; not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the website; not transmit any malware, viruses, or other malicious code; not use any automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the website without our express written permission; not interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the website; provide accurate, current, and complete information when contacting us or using our services.

The Pluscode name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of Pluscode. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to: modify, copy, or distribute any content; use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools; download any content except as expressly permitted.

5. Confidentiality

Any confidential information shared during project discussions, consultations, or service delivery is protected under mutual confidentiality obligations. Confidential Information includes, but is not limited to: business plans, strategies, and financial information; technical specifications, source code, and proprietary methodologies; customer lists, pricing, and marketing strategies; any information marked as confidential or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. Both parties agree not to disclose, publish, or disseminate confidential information to third parties without prior written consent. This obligation survives the termination of any business relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pluscode and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses; any damages resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the website; any conduct or content of any third party on the website; any content obtained from the website; unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall Pluscode's total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the website during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and all content, services, and features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pluscode expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to: implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement; warranties that the website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; warranties as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on the website. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Poland, located in Poznan. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
