These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the website shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Poland, located in Poznan. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms. The invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable while preserving the original intent.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
